The Renaissance Club is situated between the famous Muirfield Golf Course and the prestigious Archerfield Golf Course along the coast of East Lothian. Over the last 7 years Renaissance Club has undergone extensive works totalling £32 Million, the results showing as it now firmly establishes the club amongst the elite of Scottish golf.
The new clubhouse, which had a £9.2M spend, has a finely detailed design mixed with high quality finishes throughout and Souness & Boyne were proud to play a part in it.
Our works on this project certainly presented us with many interesting and varied challenges with the ceilings alone which are set at multiple levels and finishes and include hundreds of downstands, bulkheads and features over 3000m² with most areas being accessible for maintenance.
The project saw us working with Ogilvie Construction and we believe they have delivered a building that will endure the test of time and stand proud for many years to come.
