Having worked with Gucci previously, Souness & Boyne were delighted to be approached by the Gucci design team to undertake enablement, refurbishment and shop fitting works for their two new areas within the high profile retailers store at Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh.
This complex fit-out project was a 3-way partnering collaboration between Souness & Boyne, Studio 2000 and Smart Systems Scotland who collectively worked with Gucci Designers, Architects and Consultants to deliver these prestigious and high end retail areas.
Works were carried out 7 days a week behind Gucci custom hoardings which concealed the array of luxurious finishes such as Italian marble and porcelain floor tiles, high gloss and lacquered profiles, chrome and stainless trims, luxurious deep pile carpeting, bespoke studio lighting and toughened / laminated and back painted glass, all to give a sophisticated and refined finish.
The project ran for 10 weeks in a live environment of customers and staff without one complaint to or from Harvey Nichols management.
