Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is a highly respected and valued medical facility that provides comprehensive diagnostic services and treatments in a comfortable and relaxed private hospital environment. We were delighted to be involved in the complete refurbishment of their Daycare facility, Endoscopy suite, and theatre area alterations, alongside the building of a new 2 storey plant room within the central core of the hospital and external works.
Lasting a total of 20 months, the project consisted of a full refurbishment and delivery of various areas within a live hospital, notwithstanding the 2 storey extension constructed within the centre of the facility which required a temporary roof to keep the rest of the facility dry and allow the continued operation of the hospital.
Working alongside Leonard Engineering, Ian Redfern Architects, and Collabra enabled the smooth running and delivery of this project from start to finish at the highest of standards across the board for this prestigious client.
